Collector of Sorts.

I am a working mixed media artist and educator from Charlotte, North Carolina. I earned a BFA in Painting and Art History and Art Education degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Ever since I was little, I have been collecting found objects and placing them in my pockets, hiding trinkets in my closets. Much of my work is the result of compilations of observations and findings. I currently live and work in Seattle, Washington and teach at Queen Anne Elementary.
